Cost Includes:

Children between 0-5 years are given free accommodation and will share the bed with adults.
Children between 5-10 years will be charged INR 1,000 (room only) or 1,500 (room with breakfast) plus tax per night and with an extra bed.
- Children above 10 years have to mandatorily take an extra bed and will be charged and treated as adults. Extra bed charges are INR 1,500 plus tax including breakfast.

- All guests must carry valid photo ID proof while travelling. Accommodation can be denied if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant between 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Dinner is served daily in the restaurant between 08:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Any other taxes or changes as and when levied by the government shall be charged accordingly.
Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guest who wishes to check-in before this time is subject to applicable extra charges.
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of the final confirmation email.
Bookings can be made simply by making an advance deposit either through net banking or bank transfer via RTGS/NEFT.
International remittances are made via SWIFT. Credit cards and debit cards are also accepted.
100% advance deposit is required to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation Policies:
If canceled or modified 30 Days in advance from the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified between 30-15 in advance from the date of arrival, one-night retention will be charged.
If canceled or modified less than 15 days in advance from the date of arrival then the full price of the reservation will be charged.
100% cancellation may be applicable in high season and long weekend dates.
All disputes subject to Goa jurisdiction.
